Welcome to Corona Animal Hospital, serving the Corona, Norco, and Eastvale communities!
Our philosophy at Corona Animal Hospital is to treat each
client and patient with care and respect, to offer the highest quality services
at a fair price, and to educate the client about different diseases and reasons
behind each diagnostic test recommended.
The last thing we want is for people to feel like they were
deceived, the bill was run up, or certain services or products were recommended
because they were the most expensive. Clients
should be able to trust their veterinarian and staff, and deserve to feel
comfortable with where their pet is treated. Our goal is not to be the biggest or most profitable veterinary clinic
in town, but to practice the best medicine regardless of revenue. The question that I, as the veterinarian, ask
myself with each and every patient is this: if this dog or cat were a member of
my family, what tests or treatment would I do? What are the different options in a case like this? The answers to those questions are the only ones
I offer to my clients.
We urge our staff to anthropomorphize our patients (i.e. view
each pet with human qualities, such as the ability to feel pain, stress,
discomfort, etc.). By doing so, we are
more attentive to their needs and wants, and our level of care is held to the
highest standard. Simple things such as
extra bedding (especially for our older arthritic patients), fresh clean water
at all times, and human affection/interaction can make a significant difference
in the pet’s comfort.
In order to provide you with the highest quality service, the hospital has undergone tremendous upgrades. This includes installation of brand new digital X-ray, dental digital X-ray, ultrasound, anesthesia equipment, and in-house laboratory machines in August 2010. Our state-of-the-art equipment provides us with the ability to more accurately diagnose disease in a timely manner. All anesthetized patients are fully monitored using our ECG, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry machines.
Outside the hospital, we completely renovated our landscaping. This included the installation of new fencing to allow our canine patients and boarders to run around freely in our 5000 square foot back area, new St. Augustine grass throughout the premises, and the removal of all the foxtails and brush that posed a hazard.
At Corona Animal Hospital, we treat your pets like the valued family members they are.
